Hotel Policy
ROOM REGISTRATION: A valid picture ID and a major credit card required for room registration.
CHECK IN TIME: 3pm-8pm Please call to make arrangements for a later check in.
CHECK OUT TIME: 11 am
EARLY CHECK IN FEE: $20.00 upon availability – nonrefundable
LATE CHECK OUT FEE: $20.00/HOUR after 11:00 PM.
CHILDREN: Children are welcome. Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
EXTRA PERSON CHARGES: $15/night for more than 2 adults.
MINIMUM CHECK IN AGE: We will not accept reservations made by anyone under the age of 21. We reserve the right to turn away any guest trying to obtain a room for an occupant under 21 without an adult over the age of 21 residing in the same room. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation made through a third party by an occupant under the age of 21.
CANCELLATION: 72 Hours prior to check in day at 3:00 PM receive a full refund, penalty is first night rate plus tax.
CANCELLATION THROUGH THIRD PARTIES: Any cancellation requests made from a guest that booked through a third party (Expedia, Booking, Priceline, ETC) need to be directed to the source in which they booked. We do not cancel third party reservations on a property level.
NO SHOW: 1st night charge plus tax.
GUARANTEE: A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS.
INCIDENTALS:
A valid credit card is required at the time of check in. Any other payment (debit, cash etc.) will require $250 cash deposit.
SMOKING/VAPING FEE: We are a 100% smoke free rooms, any evidence of smoking in any non-designated area will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee. That fee will be charged to the credit card or deposit provided for incidentals.
PET FEE: We are a not a pet friendly facility. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged as a penalty if the hotel finds any evidence of a pet being kept on the property. That fee will be charged to the credit card or deposit provided for incidentals.
SERVICE ANIMALS/ADA COMPLIANCE: We welcome all service animals with a medical purpose, Emotional Support Animals are not considered medically necessary for short term stays and will therefore be denied.
WIFI: We offer free WIFI to all our guests
PARKING: Onsite parking is free to all guests while they are staying on property. We have additional parking next door for extra vehicles, trucks or boats.
Hotel Cleaning During COVID-19
All rooms have drive-up with outside access. Our property has no common corridors, elevators or entries. All rooms have individual air conditioning and controls are sanitized. Cleaning procedures are in place and all rooms are sanitized and disinfected between guests.
Housekeeping Upon Request
We are providing housekeeping services upon request for shorter visits and after every third night during longer stays. Guests can call the front desk to request more frequent housekeeping or ask for additional towels, toiletries and linens when needed.
